Our Team

Nazym is an Education Research & Data Fellow at CCER, supporting the Research and Data team. She is a graduate student at the University of Washington, specializing in Education Policy. With her experience in education assessments and research, she is committed to advancing education equity. Her passion for this work began when she mentored high school students to support their transition to college. Throughout her coursework at UW, she learned about various state programs which formed her interest in college and career readiness and collective impact initiatives. Her favorite place in the Road Map Project region is the Othello-UW Commons, where she usually attended classes alongside community partners.
